Tobias Lewe is an A.T. Kearney partner, the practice leader for the firm's Energy & Process Industries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as Eastern Europe and Russia. He is based in the Dusseldorf office.

Tobias has more than 15 years of relevant consulting experience, including industry experience supporting leading corporations in process industries. His industry focus is on oil and gas, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Over the course of his career, Tobias has served clients in Europe, North America, and Asia across a variety of topics. His primary areas of expertise include strategy and innovation management, organization development and transformation, and efficiency improvement in the areas of procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain management.

Before joining A.T. Kearney, Tobias led the Supply and Distribution Department Central Europe of ExxonMobil in Hamburg. He also worked as a mechanical engineer in one of ExxonMobil's refineries in Ingolstadt.

Tobias earned his diploma in chemicals and received his PhD in chemicals from the University of Cologne. In addition, Tobias has a vocational education in journalism and publishes articles on multiple topics across media in Germany.
